A luxurious Italian-inspired stew with tender chicken, Alfredo sauce, marinara, and cheese ravioli. Comforting, rich, and perfect for gatherings or weeknights.
Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups creamy Alfredo sauce
2 cups marinara sauce
1 (16-oz) package cheese ravioli
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet; sear chicken until browned.
Transfer chicken to the crockpot.
Add Alfredo sauce, marinara, garlic, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Add ravioli and mozzarella cheese; cook 30 minutes or until ravioli is tender and cheese is melted.
Serve in bowls with a side of garlic bread.
Notes
For richer flavor, sauté garlic in olive oil before adding to crockpot.
Sub chicken with tofu or shrimp for a vegetarian/halal option.
Stir in fresh parsley before serving for added freshness.
