Ingredients
1 boneless turkey breast (5–6 pounds)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Pat turkey breast dry with paper towels
Drizzle olive oil over the turkey and spread evenly
In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper
Rub seasoning mixture over all surfaces of the turkey
Preheat air fryer to 370°F (185°C)
Place turkey breast in the air fryer basket and cook for 40-50 minutes, basting occasionally with its juices
Insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the breast for doneness (165°F/74°C)
Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing
Notes
Use bone-in turkey breast for added moisture if available
Basting with juices enhances flavor
For extra richness, add a pat of butter on top during last 5 minutes of cooking
